Why free online dating options?
When I first started this site, I had a close friend ask me why. I had to think about that for a minute, why create a site about the free online dating options? First and foremost I wanted to share some of my experiences with the dozens of dating sites that I have joined and used. I had thought of writing a book about it, but I am not sure that I can fill 380 pages for a book without having a bunch of redundant things that critics will pan. I also wanted to have a space that I can update as things change (hard to do that with books that are already published), and I wanted to have a site to send my friends to for info as they consider getting into the online dating pool.
Maybe this site will become a great resource for millions of people who are looking at all of the dating site options available today, maybe we will get some great discussions about the various free, and so-called “free” dating sites in the comments. Maybe this site will just be a place that a few of my friends can check out and learn from instead of me having to write long emails back and forth answering questions all the time. Maybe this site will just be a way for me to vent about the frustrating things about the sites I have joined, and some I wish I hadn’t.
So if you are ready to read some uncensored, serious opinions about the free, and not-so-free sites that I have toyed with, and some that I have really enjoyed, then continue on into the pages that follow. I welcome any comments you may have, and definitely appreciate other points of view, ideas, and info about the sites that I have not experienced yet.
